Redeem your licence key
Where the key arrives, how to redeem it, and when the clock starts.
Find your key
Your licence key is delivered as soon as your payment settles. Where it lands depends on how you paid.

Check spam first, then confirm the address on your order. Crypto payments only deliver once the network confirms, which can take a few minutes. If it has been longer than that, open a ticket on Discord with your order reference and we will find it.
Redeem it

Create an account on this site, or sign in to your existing one.

Open the loader and sign in with the same account.

Enter your licence key when prompted.

The key is consumed immediately and attaches to your account.
Keys are single use. Once redeemed, a key belongs to that account permanently and cannot be moved to another one, so redeem on the account you actually intend to use.
When your time starts
The clock starts when you redeem, not when you buy. Buying a week and redeeming it a month later still gives you a full week from the moment you redeem.
You can ask for a full refund within 5 days of delivery, or within 2 days of redeeming, whichever comes first. If you want to test compatibility before committing, ask us on Discord rather than redeeming and hoping.
Time runs continuously from redemption. It does not pause when your PC is off, and it does not pause because you did not use it. The one exception is extended downtime on our side, covered on the updates and downtime page.
If the key is rejected
| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| Key not found | A typo, or a key from a different product. Copy and paste it rather than typing it. |
| Key already used | It has been redeemed once already. If that was not you, contact us immediately. |
| Key expired | The licence period has run out. Time runs from redemption, not from first launch. |
| Account banned | The account cannot redeem keys. Open a ticket to find out why. |
Do not buy a second key to work around a rejection. Open a ticket with the key and your order reference, and we will sort it out.
