1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and HwidSpoofer, a company with its registered office at 653 Washington Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78405, United States, trading as HwidSpoofer ("we", "us", "our"). They cover the hwidspoofer.com website, our customer dashboard, our Discord server, our application programming interfaces, and the HwidSpoofer software in all of its editions, including the Intel Edition (together, the "Services").
By creating an account, purchasing a licence, or running the software, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process and forms part of this agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a licence. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for making sure that buying and using this kind of software is lawful where you live. If it is not, you may not use the Services.
3. Your account
You need an account to redeem a licence and to run the software. You agree to give accurate registration details and to keep them current.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password and licence keys secret.
- Accounts are personal. You may not sell, rent, lend or share an account, and you may not let another person use your licence.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account or a licence key has been compromised.
4. What a licence gives you
A licence grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to run HwidSpoofer for the period you paid for. It is a right to use the software, not a sale of it, and it starts when you redeem the key, not when you buy it.
- One machine. A licence and account are intended for one computer. Computers on the same home or office network may be covered on request; contact us before relying on this.
- Unlimited runs for the duration of the licence, subject to the fair-use and anti-abuse limits below.
- Up to 32 saved seeds per account.
- Hardware resets are limited to 5 per week, so that a single licence cannot be rotated between machines.
- One licence covers every edition. The standard build and the Intel Edition share the same licensing system, so you may download and run whichever build suits your machine.
Reselling requires a separate written reseller agreement with us. Buying a licence does not make you a reseller.
5. Fees and payment
Licences are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. You pay once for a fixed duration, nothing renews automatically, and there is nothing to cancel. When the period ends, the licence simply stops working and you may buy another.
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Depending on how you choose to pay, payment is handled by Stripe for card payments or by VeliraPay for cryptocurrency. Those processors handle your payment details directly. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Any tax or duty due in your country is your responsibility unless the checkout states otherwise.
- We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a licence you have already bought.
- We may correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed, and cancel and refund the affected order.
- Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the relevant network, subject to your refund rights in section 6.
Starting a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first is a breach of these terms and will result in your account and licences being suspended.
6. Refunds and withdrawal
If the software does not work on your machine, we refund the full purchase price. To qualify, ask us within 5 days of the order being delivered, or within 2 days of the licence being redeemed, whichever comes first. Email [email protected] or open a ticket on our Discord server, and give us a reasonable chance to diagnose the problem first.
We may refuse a refund where the licence has been used substantially, where the request is outside those windows, or where we find evidence of abuse such as key sharing or repeated refund requests.
Consumers in the European Union
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because a licence is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Redeeming a licence key counts as that consent. This does not affect your legal rights if the software is faulty or not as described.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for anything unlawful, or to harm, defraud or impersonate another person;
- share, resell, sublicense, publish or give away licence keys, accounts or builds of the software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, patch, repackage or attempt to derive the source code of the software, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- circumvent our licensing, hardware binding, update or anti-abuse mechanisms;
- use the Services to build, test or improve a competing product;
- attack, overload, scrape or probe our infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or interface;
- misrepresent your identity or hardware to obtain refunds, resets or support you are not entitled to.
8. Third-party services and bans
Read this before you buy. Many games, launchers, anti-cheat systems and online platforms have their own terms that restrict changing or masking hardware identifiers. Using HwidSpoofer with those services may breach their terms and may get your account there suspended or permanently banned, and may cause you to lose purchases or progress on that platform.
You decide where and how to run the software, and you accept that risk. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any game publisher, anti-cheat vendor or hardware manufacturer, and we do not promise that our software will remain undetected by, or compatible with, any third-party product. A ban, detection or incompatibility on a third-party service is not a fault in our software and is not on its own a ground for a refund.
The Services also rely on third parties such as payment processors, content delivery networks and chat providers, whose own terms apply to their part of the service.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may take the Services down for maintenance, security or updates. Operating system updates, hardware changes and third-party updates can temporarily or permanently affect compatibility.
The software may update itself automatically so that all customers run a supported build. You agree to receive those updates.
Where a fault on our side makes the software unusable for a prolonged period, contact support and we will consider a credit or an extension of your licence period.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, your licences and your access to the Services, without refund, if you breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud, key sharing or chargeback abuse, or if we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 11 to 16 survive termination.
11. Intellectual property
The software, the website, our branding and all related materials belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you send us feedback, bug reports or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment.
Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on our site, including Intel, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the software will be error free, uninterrupted, undetectable, or compatible with any particular hardware, operating system or third-party product.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rules.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or for the suspension, ban or loss of any third-party account, purchase or progress arising from your use of the software.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any third party's rights or terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will give notice through the website, the dashboard or our Discord server. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms. The version in force when you bought a licence governs that purchase.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes will be brought before the state and federal courts located in Nueces County, Texas.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts there. The European Commission runs an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Please contact us first. Most disputes are resolved quickly by support.
17. How to contact us
For support and refunds, email [email protected] or open a ticket on our Discord server. For legal notices, email [email protected].
